Shipping & Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items must be clean, unaltered, free of odors, makeup stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear, and in the same condition as when originally shipped.
Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery. Any items sent back after this timeframe will not be accepted.
All sale items, discounted items, and items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15, paid by the customer at checkout. If the actual shipping cost exceeds $15, the remaining balance is covered by us.
Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
In the case of a full return, the $15 flat rate shipping fee paid by the customer will not be refunded. Additionally, any shipping cost covered by us beyond the $15 flat rate will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be deducted beyond the original $15 paid by the customer. The refund will apply only to the returned item(s).
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
