We are a small, independent boutique, and every order is packed with care and attention to detail. Because our collections are limited, we have clear policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

🗓️ Return Window
Customers have 3 days from the date their order is delivered to ship the return back to us.
The delivery date shown by the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) is considered the official delivery date.
Any return shipped after the 3-day window is automatically considered Final Sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
✨ Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, all items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- free from stains (including makeup, deodorant, self-tanner)
- free from odors (perfume, smoke, pets, food, etc.)
- free from damage
- with all original tags attached
- in the same condition in which they were shipped
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense or marked as Final Sale with no refund issued.
🚫 No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a different size or style is needed:
➡️ The customer ships the unwanted item back within the return window.
➡️ After the return is approved, a new order can be placed for the desired item.
This ensures accurate inventory control for our limited collections.
💳 Refund Processing
- Once we receive the package, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15 within the United States.
- If the real shipping cost is higher, the boutique covers the difference.
If the customer returns the entire order:
- The additional amount we covered above the $15 flat rate will be deducted from the refund.
Packages returned to us as “postage due” will not be accepted.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
- Giulietta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages by the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx).
- Once the package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
- If a package is lost, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
📌 Optional Shipping Insurance
Upon request, we can add shipping insurance for an additional fee.
This is recommended for high-value purchases.
⚠️ Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Items discounted 50% or more
- Items returned after the 3-day return window
- (Optional categories you may add) Accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, and lingerie for hygiene reasons
📬 Wrong Address / Rejected Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address
- customer refusal
- failure to collect the package
…the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If an order arrives damaged:
- It must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label are required
- Claims submitted without photos cannot be processed
